Hey Rachel, it's Carolina Townsend. Love reading your blog. You are very funny and entertaining. I think you should write comic books. But that is not why I'm writing you. I'm writing because I noticed you paid $200 for Marie's glasses and I feel your pain. Christian got his first pair of glasses right after he turned two and has had them since. Lili is coming up on her first pair at around 18 months. Point is, Jamie and I found this website- zennioptical.com. They have super cheap glasses. Jamie bought 3 pairs (2 for him and 1 for Christian) and paid $25 including shipping. They are actually pretty nice. You can get more expensive ones, but when you scratch, break and loose them as often as we do, we stay on the cheaper side. Anyway, the company is from china and I'm not sure if they ship to Japan, but I think it's worth a shot. Thanks for your blog and all the pics and stories. you really are a great writer. Say hi to Brett and the girlies. You guys are a great family. Hope we can hook up some time in the future when you're not half way around the world. You know how dreamy that sounds right now?
