Santa Satisfaction

Santa came to the mall today.
Carefully coaching her I said, "don't freak out like that kid in front of you. Just sit in his lap and he'll give you a lollipop." She was focused and executed the scene nicely.

For the record it does feel weird to "train" your kid to like Santa. Maybe comparable to brainwashing.
But I do love this season. Trees, lights, the whole bit. Merry Christmas from Marie!

OMG, I love the picture of Marie in front of the Christmas tree! She is a DOLL! I also love her sitting on Santa's lap. Way to go on coaching her to not freak out. Not sure why kids think Santa is scary...well, maybe I can think of a few reasons :) Anywho, I agree about the whole "training" your kids to like Santa thing...it is comparable to brainwashing, agree...but it's fun! :)

Hang loose? Is Santa really saying that? Marie should have punched him. But she had her eye on the prize so I don't blame her.
